Time Management

Do you often hear from your people “I need more time” OR “where does all the time go?” OR “I’ll never get this finished on time.”

Much stress related to time management is because managing time is a ‘myth’.  We cannot manage time.  We can manage ourselves within time and be more effective, productive, healthier and happier.  First we need to accept that we are not in control of time and that time is as it is and we must decide how we are going to manage ourselves within it.

The training program on time management begins with a discussion on ‘choices’.  How do you choose to spend your time now and how do you want to spend it.  The program provides the tools and techniques such as the priority grid, task lists, using outlook effectively to efficiently management oneself within time.
